Many of our products are made especially for you. Every order is carefully 3D printed, assembled, inspected, and packaged before beginning its journey to your door.

Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.

During this time, your order may go through several steps:

⭐ Preparing personalized designs

⭐ 3D printing each item

⭐ Installing and testing clicker switches

⭐ Assembling keychain hardware

⭐ Inspecting the finished products

⭐ Carefully packaging your order

We always aim to ship as quickly as possible. Larger orders, party-favor quantities, highly personalized items, and orders placed during busy holiday periods may require additional processing time.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Rates

📦 $8.95 flat-rate shipping on orders under $35

🎉 FREE shipping on orders of $35 or more

The free-shipping minimum is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Most domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, which generally has an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days after USPS accepts the package.

Your estimated arrival time includes:

1–3 business days of processing + approximately 2–5 business days in transit

Most orders may therefore arrive approximately 3–8 business days after being placed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, high shipping volume, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.

If your order is needed for a birthday, holiday, party, classroom event, or another important date, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Personalized Orders

Please review all names, letters, numbers, symbols, colors, and other selections carefully before submitting your order.

Personalized items are made using the exact information provided at checkout. All letters will be printed in CAPITAL LETTERS unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If required information is missing or unclear, we may contact you before beginning production. Processing may be delayed until we receive your response.

Changes cannot be guaranteed after production has started.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your USPS tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking activity to appear after your shipping label is created.

A “label created” status means your label has been prepared. It does not necessarily mean USPS has scanned or accepted the package yet.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

Jolly Layers is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided with the order.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly update the address if the package has not shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in production.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

Delayed Packages

USPS delivery times are estimates and occasional delays may occur after a package leaves our studio.

If tracking shows that your package is still moving through the USPS network, please allow additional time for delivery—especially during holidays, severe weather, and periods of high mail volume.

Although Jolly Layers cannot control carrier delays, we will gladly help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next step.

Packages Marked “Delivered”

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

• Check around your mailbox, porch, side door, garage, or other delivery areas.

• Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.

• Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.

• Allow one additional business day, as packages may occasionally be scanned before final delivery.

• Contact your local USPS office with the tracking number for additional delivery details.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us so we can help review the situation.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged product

• Clear photos of the shipping package and mailing label

Please keep the product and all packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We may need to wait until the expected delivery window has passed before beginning an investigation or discussing the available resolution.

Multiple Items and Large Orders

Whenever practical, items from the same order will be packaged and shipped together.

Orders containing several personalized products, party-favor quantities, or bulk purchases may require additional production time.

If you need a large quantity or have a specific event deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm our current production schedule.

Holiday Shipping

Processing and delivery may take longer during Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other busy shopping periods.

Shipping time does not include the 1–3 business days required to make and prepare your order.

Please order early whenever your purchase is needed by a specific date. We cannot guarantee arrival by a particular holiday or event date unless that commitment has been confirmed by us in writing before the order is placed.
